The molecular recognition is the core of this research, which is a process that main bodies (or receptors) selectively bind an object (or substrate) and generate some specific functions. Including all cationic, anionic, neutral organic, inorganic and biological molecules recognize. Especially cyclophanes including the atoms of nitrogen and oxygen, which have more important value to study, due to they with many specific properties. They have already became hotspot in material, chemistry, medicine, biology and so on.Schiff base and schiff base derivatives are one kind of organic compounds which contain imine or methylenimine groups (-RC=N-), these compounds and their metallic complexes have important applications in pharmacy, catalysis, analytical chemistry, corrosion and phototropy areas, which have bacteriostatic, antitumor, antiviral bioactivity in organisms, the medical researches find that in organisms produce overmuch oxygen radical (including superoxide anion radical) or hard eliminate, it initiates lots of diseases, such as phlogosis, senium and tumour. Some amino acid schiff bases can eliminate superoxide ion, so they have antiviral function.This research paper is mainly divided into two parts:The first part through a series of reactions, we obtained 1,1'-diacetylferrocene,1,1'-ferrocenedicarboxylic,1,1'-Ferrocene-di(carbonylchloride). Then by esterifing of 1,1'-ferrocene-di(carbonyl chloride) with kinds of dihydroxy-ethyl aniline under a high dilute condition, we synthesized six new heterocyclic compounds:1,9-dicarbonyl-2,8-dioxo-5-(3,5-dimethyl) phenyl-N-[9]esterferrocenophane(1), 1,9-dicarbonyl-2,8-dioxo-5-(3-methyl)phenyl-N-[9]ester ferrocenophane(2), 1,9-dicarbonyl-2,8-dioxo-5-(3-chlorine)phenyl-N-[9]esterferrocenophane(3), 1,9-dicarbonyl-2,8-dioxo-5-(2-methyl)phenyl-N-[9]esterferrocenophane(4),1,9-dicarbony1-2, 8-dioxo-5-(3-chlorine,4-methyl)phenyl-N-[9]esterferroceno-phane(5), Ferrocene imine cyclophane(6).The second part synthesized four new schiff base compounds:4-nitro dihydroxyethyl aniline as raw material, after reduction reaction got N, N-2-(dihydroxyethyl) aniline, then condense with benzaldehydes which have different substituent groups, schiff base methyl-(4-N,N-dihydroxyethyl) aniline(7),4-methoxyl-schiff base methyl-(4-N, N-dihydroxyethyl) aniline(8),4-hydroxyl-schiff base methyl-(4-N, N-dihydroxyethyl) aniline(9), 4-(N, N-dimethyl)-hydroxyl-schiff base methyl-(4-N, N-dihydroxyethyl) aniline(10).the new compounds were confirmed by IR, UV, elemental analysis,1H NMR and MALDI-characterized TOF mass spectrum, discussed and analyzed synthesis methods and molecular structures, analyzed five compounds'crystal structures. |
