| With the improvement of living standards and health consciousness and environmental awareness strengthen and pollution due to indoor decoration serious harm to human health in an endless stream of events, the community environmental health needs of interior decoration materials more significantly high requirement. Therefore, the environmental health of the interior wall coating has been the concern of many researchers. As the primary factor for the interior coating performance (flexibility, water resistance, scrub resistance, weather resistance, stain resistance, etc.) of the base material, the key is research-based interior paint selection and preparation materials. Meanwhile, with the increasing depletion of world energy resources, petroleum chemical products such as raw materials of latex interior wall paint production costs are growing. Therefore, natural renewable resources as raw materials to produce environmentally, healthy, friendly interior coating become common ideal world.In this thesis, through detecting viscosity, transparency, liquidity, stability and spread of the properties of interior paints and other indicators, the first of the original starch of different filter, and then filter out the original denatured starch, compared to the nature of selected types of modified starch, and finally through the composite modified, thus obtained the starch gel is suitable for coating the interior walls of health and green. The results are as follows:1. Through the experiment, with the determination of various properties from potato, sweet potato, cassava, corn, peas and wheat starch, then consider the preparation requirements of interior wall coating starch glue, the potato starch, cassava starch and sweet potato starch is suitable for the preparation of interior wall coatings starch glue.2. Through the different modified (oxidation, esterification, etherification) with different starch (potatoes, sweet potatoes, cassava) and determine the properties of different modified starch. Then the various properties of potato starch more steady than other two starch, so potato starch is appropriate for preparation of composite modified starch.3. Through the experiment, the best processing parameters with oxidation acetate starch are as follows:NaClO concentration1.805%, acetic anhydride concentration 5:1, pH8.06 and time 1.5h. Under such conditions, the DS is up to 0.0975.The best processing parameters with oxidation carboxy methyl starch are as follows:NaClO concentration0.823%, nCH2ClCOOH:nstarch 1.02:1, nNaOH:nstarch 2.19:1 and time 58.65min. Under such conditions, the DS is up to 0.278. Through the composite and analysis with two modified starch properties, it is concluded that:oxidation acetate starch more suitable for the preparation of interior wall coatings starch glue.4. Through the experiment, the best processing parameters with the preparation of interior wall coatings starch glue are as follows:starch dosage 20g,20% sodium hydroxide amount 6mL,4% borax dosage 18mL,2% sodium carboxy methyl cellulose dosage 12mL.The starch glue with excellent performance, stable quality and it can meet the production requirement with interior wall coatings. Use the starch glue, according to certain mixing ratio, interior wall coatings was obtained. Through testing, the technique index at interior wall coating standards and as a product make full use of them. |
