ESP is the most widely one of the most efficient dust removal device, with the social development and environmental importance to human survival has been more attention, in order to reduce industrial emissions and dust pollution of the environment , the improvement of electrostatic precipitator of great significance, but, with the numerical simulation technology, especially computer technology, more accurate and visually solve the mathematical model of electrostatic precipitator has become possible to build mathematical and physical model has been designed evaluation and research an important supplementary means of electrostatic precipitators.This more in-depth study of the lines on the plate electrostatic precipitator during various physical phenomena that occur, for example, the phenomenon of corona discharge, charged particles, the migration of dust particles collected, the second dust and anti-corona and so on. Established in the previous model based on mathematical physics through the electrostatic field in electrostatic precipitators, air field and electric field analysis, a mathematical model of dust particle transport, in addition to previous theory to the boundaries of reasonable conditions and re-establish the electrostatic precipitator dust actual boundary conditions of the new law, the establishment of the electric field model, model charged dust particles, dust particles and a series of reactions to capture the process of electrostatic dust a mathematical model.
