Cigarette Filter Rod Molding Equipment, Opening The Process Parameters Optimization

As the concerns of healthy increasing, the filter tips got more attention in the field of tobacco. The requirement of its productivity and quality are higher and higher. So Nantong Cigarette Filter Co. Ltd made some reforms of its equipments, and also optimized its parameters of process. This thesis studied the influence of Opening Mechanism on filter tip's quality index and some optimizations.This thesis analyzed the work principle of the filter rod making machine, especially the work principle of Opening Mechanism to get a rough relationship between the parameters and the quality index.It got the conclusion that the Opening Mechanism has main influence on pressure drop, hardness and weight of product's quality index. then set these three index to be the optimization target, and chose opening ratio, back speed ratio, pressure of thread roll, pressure of Stable roll and rate of Plasticizer spraying of Opening Mechanism to be optimization factors.This thesis made an orthogonal test of five factors and four levels, and use SPSS to make a simply mean analysis. Also use this software to make a regression analysis according to nonlinear regression principle to build a mathematical model of pressure drop, hardness and weight, also analyzed its significance. Use multi-objective algorithm, evolutionary algorithm and self-designed evolutionary algorithm those three methods to optimize the parameters by MATLAB according to multi-objective optimization principle. Compared the results of these three methods, it got a final optimal value. After all these work the product quality has been improved effectively.
