The Xingluokeng tungsten mine deposit has a production scale of 5000t/d in each series.The average ore grade of the original ore is WO3 0.2%.The main production processe contains grinding and classification re-election.Also,The primary and secondary tungsten fine clay (-0.043mm size) are taking almost 25% of the main flow of the original ore, and there're still 1250 tons fine mud per day produced. In the fine clay,WO3 has an average percentage of 0.16.For the varity kind of Tungsten mud and the low taste of Tungsten which is a mixture of black tungsten mine and white tungsten mine,that has a high percentage of Original mine and Weathering mine, makes it difficult to recovery all the rest,for its high cost and difficulties.In the original technology (flotation - heating Select - Low Intensity Magnetic Separation - intensity magnetic separation - re-election),recovery rate is not more than 30%.As so many reasons,such as the loss,the no usef of mind water,fine clay work factory must be stopped,and everyday there're 1250 tons of fine clay be pulled straight into warehouse.In order to improve the efficient of Tungsten resources,recovery in fine cray and make full use of Tungsten resources,to improve the techinocal of fine cray production process is more and more important and necessary.From the observation of Xingluokeng tungsten mine produce process,there are so many problems need to be solved,such as the complex of process,the waste of resources,the excessive consumption of water glass and so on.By the reserch on tungsten fine cray,we have proposed a new technology which can improve the recovery rate by 30%,low-carbon production and full use of tailings water recycling.Through the experimentwe made in the laboratory,we tested SLon centrifugal concentrator,flotation tests and some industrial test,and have achieved the 0.19% of ore grade WO3,21.59% of the fine grade of clay concentrates WO3 and the 65.32% recovery of tungsten.And as we know,it's a good theory indicator.Also it can bring a better economic benifit for Xingluokeng tungsten mine.Then we can reache the enterprises, society and the environment and sustainable development's objectives.
