Gently Inclined Goaf Stability Analysis And Treatment Programs

Roof fall, rib fall,rock burst,rock dislocation,bump,ground collapse,etc caused by goaf of underground mining endanger mine safty and production.Therefore, gob stability analysis and the study of gob treatment methods are very important.According to large amount of unsettled goaf formed by underground shrinkage-stope mining process in Makeng iron ming Ltd in Fujian province,based on summarizing and concluding the study literature about the stability analysis and the processing methods of mined-out areas in the domestic and foreign, the paper put up systematic and deep research to gobs stability.The main research contents are as follows:1. Mining situation and history survery.2. Gob data collection and analysis, According to goaf on-site surveys and information about mined-out areas provided by site technical departments, the author analyzed distribution, geometric parameters, spatial morphology of gob groups in middle mine section.3. Determination of mechanical parameters of rock, Rock compressive strength,shear strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus,poisson ratio,bulk density, cohesion, internal friction angle of rock mechanical parameters were measured by the indoor mechanical testings.4. Theory analysis of gob stability, The paper does a research of the theoretical analysis of mined-out areas, applying AHP, fuzzy mathematics, platts collapse arch method, limit equilibrium method and cavity collapse occlusion.5. Numerical simulation analysis of gob stability, The paper establishes gob model by finite element software ANSYS and does a research of the numerical simulation analysis of mined-out areas by finite difference software FLAC3D.6. the processing program of mined-out areas, According to the results of stability analysis and mining field situation, use reasonable processing program to deal with gobs.
