Mining design is the projection of development, mining, cutting systems for theunderground mining of ore deposit, based on the master degree of the geologicalconditions. It is the basis of normal production and development of mining enterprises. At present most of the mine designing schemes take the words, drawings, tables as theinformation carrier, which is difficult too directly to show the information intuitively.Especially when it comes to show the underground mining development plans and thelayout of laneways, it becomes worse. It also can lead to the existence of defects in theexploitation plan, because of the negligence of the designers and the complexity of theproduction process itself. It is the inevitable trend for the development of mining to innovate traditional miningindustry by using modern high technologies. Virtual mine is built on the basis of3dgraphics rendering technique, in which natural entities, artificial entities and geologicaldata can be shown accurately. It also combined with the mining design standards and thedesign concept of mining design engineer and realized dynamic deduction of exploitationprocess, which provides the basis for mining design decisions. Following are the aspectsof the main work:(1)Proposed architecture of the Three-dimensional inference system of theunderground mining and development in metal mines, and expounded the variousfunctional modules of the system in details.(2)The construction of mine3d scene rendering engine was elaborated.(3)The function of automatic modeling of underground roadway and mining workfaces, in the method of integration of two and three dimension, was realized.(4)Achieved the dynamic deduction of metal mine underground mining process inthe simulation scenario.Based on the research and design, the three-dimensional inference system of theunderground mining and development in metal mines was created, and the undergroundmining development plan and two-dimensional vector data of roadway was shown in thesystem. Finally, research results and the direction of further research were summarized. |
