Because of the complexities of materials, geometry, boundary and theothers nonlinear problem, it is short of the ripening and exact analytical method. Beforethe finite element analysis used, process planning for cold rolling is dependent onexperience, which caused unnecessary damage. Z-shape steel, which belongs toeconomic cross section steel, is widely used in many infrastructure construction projectsin our country.By studying the cold rolling theory at home and abroad, it discovered the actingfactors and solutions about longitudinal bending, torsion and spring back, for openingcommon defects of steel in the production process simulation analysis comparison. ThenZ steel forming process is simple and on the basis of elastic-plastic large deformationfinite element theory, and the simulation model was established based on finite elementsoftware DEFORM-3D.It analysis the deformation process of stress and straindistribution rule in the process of forming Z steel billet. It analysed the affection ofmolding process parameters, and obtained and forming way inferior the influence ofprocess parameters on the Z steel production.In addition, it compared the simulation results with the experimental results toobtain the accuracy of the data of simulation, and proved that the use of finite elementsoftware Deform3d simulation of roll type cold bending forming process is effective. Itprovides a forecast and validation model and provides reference for Z steel actualmolding process for the future of the roll type cold bending forming process CAD system.In promoting the study of the theory of the roll type cold bending forming and practicalproduction practice, it has a far-reaching significance. |
