The welding of the thermocouple mainly relies on the experience of workers, and theaccumulation of data. the technical level, fatigue, vision changes, working attitude andeven emotions of the operator will cause certain influence to welding quality, such as toensure the consistency of product quality very well. So the above problem has alreadybecome an important problem in fast thermocouple processing enterprises, it is necessaryto improve the related technology and equipment. Research contents and achievements areas follows:Combined with the actual situation of an enterprise field, studies a set of can adapt tothe requirements of welding system, including welding system hardware composition,visual design, welding system software programming, etc.This topic to establish a set of hardware of automatic welding system to meet theneeds of thermocouple welding, mainly including machine vision processing platform,three-dimensional servo mechanism, thermocouple welding device, etc.According to the topic research institute with binocular system, established thebinocular imaging model of camera and the camera calibration, in order to accuratelyrecover welding system space location of the3d information.First of all, according to the actual circumstance of welding design the weldingrequirements of image acquisition module, suitable for thermocouple and the welding ofthe original image denoising, image enhancement, edge sharpening, binarizationprocessing, image segmentation, and template matching, the image in a variety ofexperimental comparison of algorithms, selection of image processing effect is goodmethod, to identify the position of welding. Make full use of the advantages of Labviewgraphical programming language, completed the welding image collection, identification,processing, output, etc. And then automatically generate the program control automaticwelding machine for welding.
