Digital design, digital manufacturing and digital measurementhave become the mainstream. In order to adapt to these changes, our country developed anew generation Geometrical Product specification at the beginning of the century. NewGPS system is quite different from old GPS in the aspects of conception, definition andmethods. In geometric error measurement and evaluation, definitions, measurement andevaluation methods are based on3D-coordinate measurement. It is necessary to developnew GPS geometric error evaluation algorithm.1)Discuss the new generation geometrical product specification principle of GPS,and compare with the old GPS. It introduced the3D-coordinate measuring technology.2)This paper introduces the definition of the new GPS and various geometric errorcriterion. It provides a theoretical basis for the geometric error evaluation optimizationalgorithm research.3)Study the optimization algorithm of two kinds of straightness error evaluation-generalized neighborhood search algorithm and approximation algorithm.4)Put forward two kinds of optimization algorithm of flatness error evaluations.We researched a regional search algorithm based on least squares estimation results anditerative algorithm based on uniform measured points by iterative method.5) Developed flatness error evaluation of the user interface based on3D-coordinatemeasurement. Compared traditional algorithm with the optimization algorithmoptimization theory is more correct and practical by contrasting with the traditional one.And its results are more approaching the optimization goal. |
