“Nongjiale”are often in beautiful places,these place always are a source of drinking water,but these “Nongjiale”’s sewage generated in the course of business is in a straight row of state basically at most,some just built septic tank,the polluted water is discharged into the surrounding environment just after simple treatment.Although the environment has self-purification capacity,when the pollutants which enter the water is far more than the self-purification capacity of the environment,it will pollute the water.In the wet season,the impact on the environment is small,but once into the dry season,it will seriously affect the water quality,especially these “Nongjiale” which are in the source of drinking water,if meet someone like the Southwest drought climate,the result will be unbearable to contemplate.So,the effective governance to the wastewater of “Nongjiale” is call what responses the all-round construction of Harmonious Society,the necessary condition to realize the sustainable development of the natural environment and economic society.This paper by comparing the difference between “Nongjiale”’sewage and general catering wastewater’s quality,and according to the characteristics of“Nongjiale”’s water quality of sewage,select DAF + BAF treatment process combination,take advantage of the flow’difference between DAF and BAF,make a small integrated device what can adapt to the “Nongjiale”’s topography,as the research object to Chongqing JIGUANSHI town SHILONG village “Nongjiale”’s sewage,research the process integration device for treatment of water,including filler selection,oil separation process,the process of domestication,gas water ratio,operation cycle etc,examine the integration of DAF + BAF process’ s removal effect of animal and vegetable oil,NH3-N,CODcr and TP in the stable stage and different cycles,make the index of water quality meet the "Emission standards for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB18918-2002) level of Bstandard,realize the emission up to the standard.After the tests,we can get to some conclusions as following:(1)Throug analysing the water quality’s different between “Nongjiale”’s sewage and general catering wastewater’s quality,choice biological method of strong shock load treat the sewage,and combinate the Anaerobic biological filter with the Biological aerated filter,and building a integrated device.(2)Contrasting the elastic filler,the combination filler and the mixed filler of two kinds of filler in front.Founding the mixed filler’s the treatment effect on CODcr、NH3-N is the best,the highest removal rate is 80.7%、82%.(3)Puting the mixed filler which is at the success of the hanging memebrane in a bucket as a suspension mode,examine at diffent filling ratio,the influence of the treatmen effect on effluent’s CODcr、NH3-N.Founding the best treatment effect on CODcr、NH3-N is as the filling ratio is 15%,the highest removal rate is 86.3%、83%.(4)At the same concentration of water inflow and the same experimental environment,the treatmen effect on animal and plant oil is the best when the sewage’s residence time is 1.5h,the removal rate is 71.3%.(5)Investigating the reactor’s treatmen effect on the water quality at different temperature.Founding when the residence time is 4h,the aeration is 0.25m3/h,the temperature is 35 oC,the treatmen effect is the best,the removal rate of CODcr is87.5%,the removal rate of NH3-N is 82.5%.(6)Starting the combined device to process the “Nongjiale”’s sewage at the best operating parameters,and analyse the treatmen effect on the contaminats.Founding that at different hydraulic load,the water index is stable,this suggests that the anti load capacity of the integrated device is strong,the removal of CODcr,NH3-N,TP and the animal plant oil is 87%,82%,83%,86%,but except NH3-N, the remaining three index are all down to the "Emission standards for municipal wastewater treatment plant"(GB18918-2002) level of Bstandard.
