In China, new municipal solid waste landfill pollution control standard (G B16889-2008) has been published. In order to achieve the emission standard, T echnologies such as MBR NF RO has been used to treat the landfill leachate widely. But those technolodies will produce concetrates that is hard to haddle. The landfill leachate concetrates are generally taken to recharge, but it will lea d to accumulation of heavy metal and refractory materials in landfill, then it w ill lead to adversely influence on ecological environment and the treatment of 1 andfill leachate.This paper takes the Huangshan City garbage disposal center produced lea chate concentrates as the research object.Using Fe-C micro electrolysis and Fen ton technology to pretreat the leachate concentrates, and studing its feasibility. Using polymeric iron carbon spheres and granular activated carbon as the filler of Fe-C micro electrolysis, The effects of initial pH value, temperature, and ae ration rate, reaction time on the treatment effect have been studied. The optim um process were evaluated by Box-Behnken central composite experimental des ign and response surface methodology analysis. As for the COD removal rate, the best conditions are pH=4,T=3h,aeration rate=4.60L/min. When considering t he removal rate of COD and NH4+(+-N, the best operate conditions are pH=4,T= 6.54h,aeration rate=2.92L/min. Applicating orthogonal test and single factor exp eriment to determine the best conditions of Fenton:the initial pH value 4-4.5,d osing lOmL 0.25mol/L FeSO4,10mL 15% H2O2 one time and the reaction is 10 mins.Using Fenton combined with Fe-C micro electrolysis continuously pretreat the concentrates. The removal rate of COD% NH4+-N、TN、TP can be reached 81.7%、67.2%、37.3%37.3%、87% respectly. in the best conditongs TP can reach the standard. But still need follow-up treatment. After Fe-C micro electrolysis the B/C of the concetrates is rised from 0.11 to 0.21, then it is risen to 0.31 after Fenton treatment. Concentrates’ biodegradability is further improved, it will brin g convenience for subsequent processing.Before and after the reaction, polymerization iron carbon spheres’s surface are analyzed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fourier transform in frared spectroscopy(FTIR).The results shows that after the batch reaction, passiv ation membrane such as Fe2O3, Fe3O4 formed on the its surface and pulltants t hat containing Cr Cl P S etc are adsorbed or deposited on the polymerization iron carbon spheres.
