In this dissertation, the classification of dye, the source of dye wastewater, the harm of dye wastewater and the technology of dye wastewater treatment are briefly described; meanwhile, the long-term of dye wastewater existence, the urgency of dye wastewater treatment and the necessity of innovation of dye wastewater treatment technology are also discussed. Based on these, the research work of the dissertation is established: one is to study the preparation of a new kind of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material; another is to use the adsorption technology to study that the new material disposes one-component and two-component dye wastewater of treatment capacity and the regeneration. Based on these studies, the two purposes are ultimately realized: one is to prepare a new kind of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material with the adsorption capacity; another is to confirm that the new material not only has the treatment capacity for one-component and two-component dye wastewater, but it can be also recycled. The main research work is as follows:(1)Preparation of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material Firstly, polyvinyl alcohol, formaldehyde, water, starch, glycerin, OP-10 and pentane were used to prepare polyvinyl formal porosity material under the catalysis of dilute sulfuric acid via in situ synthesis and foaming; and then the preparation method of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material was established through the morphology, structure, water retention, density and acetal degree of the characterization on polyvinyl formal porosity material; and the dosages of raw materials(reactants) were confirmed in the process of preparing polyvinyl formal composite porosity material. Then, 10.00 g of poly(vinyl alcohol), 17.50 m L of formaldehyde, 100.00 m L of water, 4.00 g of starch, 2.00 m L of glycerin, 4.00 m L of OP- 10 and 4.00 m L of pentane and a certain amount of expanded graphite were used to prepare six polyvinyl formal composite porosity materials. Through the characterization on polyvinyl formal composite porosity material of morphology, structure, specific surface area and pore volume, it was confirmed that it had been prepared and should have the capability to deal with dye wastewater.(2)Treatment of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material for one-component and two-component dye wastewaterAfter investigating polyvinyl formal porosity material and polyvinyl formal composite porosity material for the treatments of one-component acid green 20 and direct red 23 dye wastewater(concentration of 100.00mg/L), it was found that the decoloring rates for 50.00 m L of acid green 20 and direct red 23 dye wastewater could reach 92.06% and 94.34% while 1.00 g and 0.50 g of polyvinyl formal porosity material were used in 120 min and 60min; meanwhile, it was also found that the decoloring rates for 50.00 m L of acid green 20 and direct red 23 dye wastewater could reach 92.33% and 94.29% while 1.00 g and 0.50 g of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material were used in 60 min.After investigating polyvinyl formal porosity material and polyvinyl formal composite porosity material for the treatment of two-component(acid green 20 and direct red 23 mixed wastewater) dye wastewater(concentration of 100.00mg/L of acid green 20 and direct red 23), it was found that the decoloring rates for acid green 20 were 88.99% and 89.12%, and the decoloring rates for direct red 23 were 98.03% and 97.89% while 1.25 g of polyvinyl formal porosity material and 1.25 g of polyvinyl formal composite porosity material were used to deal with 25.00 m L of acid green 20 and direct red 23 dye wastewater in 60 min.After investigating the influences of the dosage of hydrogen peroxide and the irradiation time on the regeneration of polyvinyl formal porosity material and polyvinyl formal composite porosity material, it was confirmed that 35.00 m L of hydrogen peroxide and 12.00 h could be used to regenerate them in the presence of UV lamp irradiation; meanwhile, it was also confirmed that the decoloring rates for acid green 20 dye wastewater could reach 59.29% and 59.74% after the six treatment.Based on above investigation,not only confirm the polyvinyl formal porosity material and polyvinyl formal composite porosity material have the treatment capacity for one-component and two-component dye wastewater and the ability to be regenerated,but also confirmed the polyvinyl formal composite porosity is a kind of adsorption material better than polyvinyl formal porosity material.
