Our country is rich in water resource and large amount. However, uneven distribution of per capita consumption is relatively small, the big differences between regions. According to 2012 data from Water Resources Bulletin. water consumption is 324.45 billion tons, The amount of 78.5 billion tons of urban sewage, that’s 24.2% of the total water consumption. Therefore, sewage treatment has been a n important issues for lots of urban construction and a problem need to be resolve, Sewage treatment technologies are constantly being the international and entire community attention. this dissertation research Multi flora municipal wastewater treatment effect for experimental methods, And comparing the results of pollutants existing differences by multi-flora and single. To improve the efficiency of urban sewage treatment, improve sewage utilization.This thesis studied municipal wastewater treatment method using multi-flora, Including exploring different colonies cultures and domesticated, different flora sewage treatment. Involves the method to evaluate the effect of sewage treatment There are: Determination of BOD5 by dilution and seeding method, COD by potassium dichromate and ammonia by spectrophotometer. Pioneered the use of multi-flora municipal wastewater treatment, combined with favorable conditions to achieve good results.In this paper, through the acquisition of inoculation, purification, culture and domestication in experiments, have been photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria group, actinomycetes bacteria and yeast group for Experiments required. And will continue to optimize the ratio with single bacteria, to obtain multi-flora for suitable experimental conditions. Experimental conditions are: The bacterial community sewage treatment time is 12 h, 24 h, 36 h, 48 h. Bacteria comes from a single bacteria cultivation is also in the same condition. Sewage disposal for the same sample, the concentration of BOD5 was 339mg/L, the concentration of COD was 1046mg/L, disposal water is 500 m L. The bacterial community of inoculation quantity of 10 m L, 20 m L respectively.This study in urban sewage treatment by single flora, showed Lactobacillus group and photosynthetic bacteria are significantly purification for sewage. After treatment 48 h, removal efficiency in the vicinity of 90% for BOD5 and COD. sewage ammonia removal effect is more obvious by Actinomycetes bacteria, after treatment 48 h, the removal rate of more than 90%. Through continuous optimization of the ratio for single flora, Configured with multi-flora with high activity, and continuously improve the experimental parameters and conditions, Combined with the characteristics of urban pollutants in sewage. After multiflora of urban sewage treatment, various pollutants are effective purification. Its removal rate more than 92%, especially in wastewater BOD5 reached 94.69%.Finally the results of the study show, In dealing with sewage, Pollutants in wastewater removal rate improves With the increase of processing time and the increased amount of bacteria group of vaccination,whether it is a single or multiflora. The results also show that the efficiency of multi-flora sewage indicators is higher than single flora.
