| Bone is treated as the vital organ of the body,which not only protects the internal ones,but sustains the whole body. In the movement,skeleton often hurts easily because of frequent touch and squeeze. At present,the study of protective equipment is mainly about sports protectors and shoes. And the research of protective clothing is still focused on such aspects as the structure design,comfort,functionality and so on,which ignores the human demand of sports protection. If sportswears themselves have the protective effect,it would bring great convenience to individuals who take part in sport. Therefore,it is the research trend in the future to study and develop the protecting garment based on the principle of the human sports injury and the change of the external constraint condition.The running sport is regarded as the research target in this topic. The protection of the running sports pants has been studied by adopting the method to the finite element simulation in biomechanics. And the protective parameters are obtained through the way and applied to the apparel research and development in order to develop the sports trousers which have the protective influence on the human knee.Firstly,the structure of knee that is easily injured in running sport was analyzed from the perspective of the human anatomy. And the reason of the bone injury of knee joint was also further done,namely the mutual contaction for a long time under high frequency stress led to the overuse injury.Secondly,the DICOM data scanned by CT were handled with Materialise’s interactive medical image control system(Mimcs)to establish the whole knee triangle surface model. Through a series of treatment of the reverse engineering software Geomagic Studio and the reassembling of Pro/E,the three-dimensional entity model of the knee bone-muscle was completed in the end.Then,the pretreatment of the three-dimensional model of the knee has been done in the simulation platform ANSYS Workbench,including the definition of the unit type,material models and meshing. And the static contact force was applied to the tibiofemoral joint and treated as the damage load;While the surface load counted as the protective load was applied to the muscle surface. The main purpose was to analyze stress,train and deformation of the bone. The result showed that the surface protective load really played a protective role on the human skeleton,especially the smaller and smaller deformation of the distal femur.However,the static structure analysis is not enough to simulate the damage that running brings to the human body skeleton. Then the trajectory data of running were captured with the motion capture system called Optotrak_Certus and the 3-D force platform called True Impulse and the bone-on-bone contact force in the tibiofemoral joint was calculated and estimated in the running gait cycle. And the contact force was counted as the dynamic damage load for the finite element fatigue analysis and repeatedly acted on the tibiofemoral joint. At the same time,the protective load was exerted in the surface of the knee muscle to simulate the knee joint wearing different protective sports trousers for analyzing the partial stress and fatigue life. Eventually,the protective parameters could be suitable for the different crowd as follow:①The protective parameter which was as close as possible to 7.85 kpa between 5.88 to 7.85 kpa had the best protection and were suitable for individuals who pursue their own protection.②Although the protection in the range of 1.96-3.92 kpa couldn’t reach the effect of 5.88-7.85 kpa,it was fit for the ones who go for protection and pressure comfort at the meantime.Finally the protective parameters were used in the product development and the protective trousers had been developed. With adopting the method of the experimental evaluation to assess the movement performance and the protection,the result showed that the protective parameters did have the protective consequence on the human body and also confirmed that it was feasible to apply the finite element analysis to the sports protective clothing research. Moreover,the running sports trousers have been further optimized to have a certain practicability. The research means also has a certain guiding significance for other sports protective garments. |
