In recent years,the development of natural gas fields speeds up, security issues that bring are increasingly prominent at the same time. Natural gas gathering and transportation system plays an important role in the gas fields production operation,gas gathering stations are high risk production sites in natural gas gathering and transportation system. If security work is inadequate,it will leads to major accidents, not only affects the normal production,but also causes heavy casualties and property losses. Therefore,it is significant to research the safety evaluation model of gas gathering station for guaranteeing safe and stable operation of gas field.The paper takes the Su Dong-3 gas gathering station of Sulige Gasfield as research object, identificate dangerous and harmful factors in the technological process and major device of the gas gathering station,use the Hazard and Operability study method to process the preliminarily qualitative risk analysis of gas gathering station. Establish fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system from the environment, equipment, personnel, management four aspects,using analytic hierarchy process to each specific indexes for weight assignment, checked the weights’ consistency.Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation quantitatively calculate the safety series of Sudong-3 gas gathering station, determine the safety grade of Su Dong-3 gas gathering station is 0.744, between less security and medium security, propose the specific safety countermeasures for every level indexs which have relatively larger weights according to the and evaluation result.Through analyzing the safety evaluation results of Sudong-3 gas gathering station, get the safety evaluation model which is suitable for Sulige Gasfield gas gathering station of lower Paleozoic gas reservoir, not only has a practical guiding significance on safety evaluation of Sulige Gasfield gas gathering station, but also has a higher promotion application value in Safety management work of other gas fields.
