| At present, we need to accelerate the development of oil and petroleum reserve strategy as the demand for oil resources is more and more in the process of the rapid development of economy. However, the project of oil drilling engineering also requires a lot of water for production the same as any other project. Though Oil drilling engineering project has got a lot of steady petroleum resources, at the same time, it has brought increasingly serious environmental problems of groundwater. It is an important task to achieve the goal that how to set up a sustainable development mechanism of groundwater environmental that we can get higher earnings in the cost of a relatively low groundwater environmental costs in the regional economic and social development of our country. So as the northern Shaanxi in the aspect of the development of Chinese energy chemical industry base and resources transformation which is one of the key areas in groundwater environmental protection and oil explorations.Based on the investigation of geological, hydrogeological conditions, groundwater exploitation and the current condition of groundwater exploitation in northern Shaanxi, this article determines the major groundwater pollutants and sources of pollution of groundwater environment in different stages by engineering analysis of oil exploration project, and builds a support vector machine(SVM) model to evaluate the status of water quality in groundwater. Then, establish a evaluation system in the impact of groundwater environmental, based on the analysis of the main factors affecting oil exploitation on groundwater environment and the groundwater environmental impact assessment of reference regionals. Establish the assessment model that how oil exploitation affacts groundwater environment by analytic hierarchy process method. Finally, evaluate the current water quality of the groundwater environmental impact of one oil exploration project and establish the comprehensive evaluation assessment of sustainable use of groundwater levels based on the above proposed method.In this paper, the empirical research on oil exploitation project has proved that the groundwater quality evaluation model based on SVM is feasible and effective, and forecasting strong applicability in environmental quality assessment. Also oil exploitation has a maximum impact on the quality of shallow groundwater by groundwater quality evaluation. The Groundwater environmental impact assessment model establishing the level of sustainable development as a goal based on the idea of AHP can evaluate and predict the oil exploitation project on groundwater environment effectively. And it is found out that the construction of the oil exploitation project has the biggest impact on the sustainable utilization of groundwater. This model can be widely used in the future evaluation of the ecological environment in the field of sustainable development. |
