Trenchless pipe is one of the important parts of unnel drrig used as engineering,plays an important n he long oil pipeline laying. With the Increasing construction difficulty and drill tonnage, the needs of drill pipe quality requirements have greatly improved, Data show that, the mechanical properties and production technology of drill pipe drill pipehas a close relationship, Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to conduct in-depth research on the key technology of drill pipe quality control. In this paper, the API Spec 5D"specification"as the standard of drill pipe, Respectively to the pipe end thickening tube,pipe in the production of heat treatment,surface hardening process and thread friction welding process as the research object, The research carried out as follows:(1)The three part of the drill pipe end upsetting forming technology is studied, Respectively is:the drill pipe end upsetting the principle and research status, impact drill pipe end upsetting forming process of factor analysis,common defects and causes of the drill pipe. The drill pipe end upsetting forming technology are analyzed and an overall theory. And with 127×9.19mm grade E steel drill rod IEU thickening mode as an example, the pipe end upsetting process. The results show that:the new process can meet the requirements of specification,through the drill pipe endupsetting process qualification.(2)Study on Parameter Optimization of the whole drill pipe heat treatment starting from thepurpose and significance of the drill pipe heat treatment, Heat treatment process of the steel were introduced,and the heat treatment of drill pipeparameters to be identified, The 26CrMnMo drill pipe as an example,the process of heat treatment on its specific do to realize the process on the basis of analysis.Test results show that:after the drill pipe heat treatment after the end of pipe and tube hardness were qualified.(3)The use of laser surface hardening,surface of the drill pipe threads for quenching treatment,and the treatment and after the same type of drill pipe traditional liquid nitriding treatment onsurface hardness,depth of quenched layer,wear resistance,fatigue resistance and othermechanical properties were compared and analyzed,the results show that:the mechanical properties of drill pipe thread is better than that of laser surface hardening treatment afterthread mechanical properties of liquid nitriding treatment.So that the laser surface hardening treatment method is successful in the application of drill pipe thread surface hardening treatment.(4)Because of the friction welding technology has been applied in the drill pipe production,so in this chapter briefly introduces the welding process and post treatment of friction,and its technology as the main point,introduces the preprocessing tool joint and pipe ends before welding,and the basic process of friction welding,and the welding parameters the calculation.
