| Titanium and titanium alloy rare metal tubings are widely applied in aerospace, defense, and other important areas, the quality requirement of pipes is very high. Semi-continuous vacuum annealing furnace is the main heat treatment equipment in rare metal pipe.It is very important to improve the level of control technology in order to meet the quality requirements of rare metal tubings.This paper focus on the semi-continuous vacuum annealing furnace,discusses the equipment configuration and process characteristics of the semi-continuous vacuum annealing furnace.Based on the analysis of the heat transfer characteristics in the furnace, the temperature and vacuum control model was researched,and then we designed a temperature control method based on fuzzy-RBF neural network PID control,then established scheme of control algorithm based on OPC technology to accurately control the annealing temperature and temperature uniformity.Besides, we used PROFIBUS, RS-485 bus and industrial control computer, PLC, intelligent temperature control instrument to constitute the control system for annealing furnace based on multiple bus,to realize the automatic detection and control of production process.By using the configuration software,we developed a man-machine interfaces system in order to realize the display of data,heating curve set, alarm and other functions and to improve operability of the system.The actual operation of rare metal tubings semi-continuous vacuum annealing furnace control system shows that the hardware and software design of system can meet the requirements of annealing furnace process,and can realize the precise control of vacuum degree, annealing temperature and the automation of production process. |
