Trajectory tracking and contour error compensation technology are two important research areas of modern NC machining technology, which directly affects the quality and efficiency of the production of NC machine tool. This paper is to analyze the problems existing in the field of NC machining for trajectory tracking and contour error compensation technology. The goal of the research is to put forward a theoretical analysis of selecting the discrete time of the accurate error tracking controller design, to make a contour error compensation control strategy in the cross coupling control compensation study and to suggest that applying the global task coordinate frame algorithm to the cross coupling control through comparing with the traditional position error compensation algorithm. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Compare and analyze the single axis servo system tracking accuracy, a contour error model establishment, motion compensation control technology at home and abroad research status of error compensation control strategy in the field of CNC machining of contour.(2) Analyze the contour tracking accuracy of the zero phase difference tracking control technology. Make an analysis of simulation results for different discrete time design of zero phase error tracking controller, according to the mathematical model of the position servo system of the simplified correspondingly feed-forward controller design, the stability of the system mathematical model and feed-forward controller of graphic simulation results. Propose the feed-forward controller design of discrete time optimal sampling points and make a detailed theoretical derivation and verification, through comparing the theory of stability of feed-forward controller design of discrete system, discrete time analysis.(3) Study the existing various contour error model estimation and calculation method of the pros and cons. Apply the global task coordinate frame algorithm to the cross coupling control by comparing with the traditional approximate estimation of the cross coupling control algorithm and algorithm which is based on global task coordinate frame of theoretical analysis, focusing on the cross coupling control method of contour error compensation effect for analysis and research.(4) Through the above theoretical analysis, this paper simplifies the mathematical model of the servo system as the simulation object and the proposed algorithm in the Simulink environment trajectory tracking and contour error compensation computer simulation and verifies the relevant theories.(5) Conclude the research contents of this paper and forecast the following research directions.
