In recent years, Binary copolymers, terpolymers or multipolymers, using maleic anhydride, acrylic acid as main component, which have attracted much attention for its scale inhibition effect is good, temperature resistance and low cost. A series of polymers with maleic anhydride, hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA), maleic anhydride and acrylic acid copolymer (MA/AA), maleic anhydride acrylamide copolymer, maleic anhydride-acrylic acid-Sodium Methallyl sulfonate (MA/AA/MAS), has good corrosion and scale inhibition performance, is one of the main components of the composite corrosion and scale inhibitors. Synthetising higher scale inhibition performance of poly maleic anhydride series products, researching inhibition and scale mechanism of these products, improving the corrosion inhibition performance and biodegradability, reducing running costs, is the urgent need of the use of circulating cooling water of the enterprise is the urgent need of using circulating cooling water for the modern enterprises, to the development of modern corrosion and scale inhibitor, is of great significance.Synthesis of green water treatment agent is the direction of the water treatmentagent synthesis today. At present, the factory use water treatment agent has many good scale and corrosion inhibition, but biodegradability is poor. In this paper the synthesis of maleic anhydride as main components, synthesis of poly (maleic anhydride type scale and corrosion inhibitor. The type of scale and corrosion inhibitor not only has good scale inhibition and biodegradability, but also has good synergistic effect with other corrosion and scale inhibitor.Using maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, sodium phosphite, urea as the monomers, synthesis experiments, H2O2 as initiator, monomer ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time are discussed as effect on the properties of synthetic product scale and corrosion inhibitor.In this paper, the syntheis of three kinds of scale inhibitors are biodegradable, non-toxic and harmless to the environment, can be used. When the dosage of 1 Omg/L, MA-AA-SHP-U inhibition rate of 53.8% and the corrosion rate of 80.59%, MA-SHP-UREA(PMASU) scale inhibition rate on calcium carbonate scale inhibition rate can reach more than 92%, the corrision rate was 81.3%. By using maleic anhydride, acrylic anhydride, acrylic acid, sodium hypophosphite, ureanitrogen phosphorus as raw, when the dosage of the multipolymer (MA-AA-SHP-U) is 8mg/L-10mg/L, the scale inhibition rate can reach 96%-99%, low dose, and high scale inhibition rate.This article takes the lead in polymer synthesis test application of ultraviolet spectrum analysis method. One is used to detect the polymerization of the monomer in the reaction, and to discuss the mechanism of synthesis. The second is to study the synthesis process of the catalyst composition research of scale and corrosion inhibitor in PMASU. The mechanism of the catalyst was discussed.Three kinds of scale and corrosion inhibitor were synthesized in this paper, were easily biodegradable. Low phosphorus of maleic anhydride and urea three copolymer (PMASU) and maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, sodium ypophosphite, urea as the raw material of low phosphonic maleic anhydride acrylic acid copolymer (MA-AA-SHP-U) with urea andamino phosphonic groups in the molecular structure, conducive to microbial growth and degradation, has good degradation properties, biological degradation and poly epoxy succinic acid (PESA) equivalent.
