In this paper, we replace the organic solvent with vinyl monomers by in situ emulsion polymerization, the isophorone isocyanate(IPDI) and Poly(caprolactone) diol(PCL1000) as the main materials, through intriducing fluorine alcohol(FOH) monomer in polyurethane preformed stage, then, the hydroxyl ethyl acrylate(HEA) was added to the system, the fluorine-blocked and double bond-end polyurethane was produced. Then KPS was added to the dispersion, the polyurethane and the vinyl monomers swollen in PU dispersion were triggered. Finally, the hybrid latexes of WFPUA were obtained. The networking system was formed by adding ketone carbonyl group and hydrazine group in the process of film forming, which further improve WFPUA comprehensive performance. This paper studies the impact on the different conditions of ketone hydrazine WFPUA emulsion and films properties, and when GMA as crossliking monomer, the effect of its dosage to WFPUA dispersion and films performance. This research main content is as follows:(1) Through introducing ketone and hydrazine monomers into the fluorinated polyurethane/polyacrylate, a series of WFPUA dispersion with different R value was obtained. Study on the influence of different R value on latex particle size, viscosity, appearance and storage stability. The spectra of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) proved that FOH-blocked polyurethane was produced in preformed stage and ketone hydrazine crosslinking reaction was successfully prepared. A clear core-shell structure of the emulsion particles was observed in transmission electron microscopy(TEM) micrographs. When R value less than 1, gel phenomenon appeared on polymerization, as a result, the WFPUA emulsion can not prepared. WFPUA emulsion viscosity and particle size were increased gradually, and when R=1.5, the emulsion viscosity and particle size are appropriate, its coating performance also better.(2) Prepared a series of WFPUA dispersion through change the content of FOH. The emulsion appearance and storage stability was observed and the latex particle size, viscosity and films waterproof and fouling resistance, thermal stability, mechanical properties were characterized. Results show that, with the increase of FOH content, the latex particle diameter increased gradually, but its viscosity is decreased, thermal stability, mechanical properties has improved, the surface roughness result show that FOH monomer can increase PU and FPA phase compatibility, when the FOH dosage was 6.17%, WFPUA latex and films comprehensive performance is best.(3) Adjust the HEA content in WFPUA copolymer, a series of dispersion with different were prepared, WFPUA films thermal stability and mechanical strength and waterproof ability were improved, but, too high content of HEA led to the decrease of films toughness. So, when HEA content was 2.55%, WFPUA dispersion and films present excellent performance.(4) GMA modified crossliking WFPUA complex system, through the hybrid emulsion appearance, viscosity, particle size and films mechanical stability were observed and measured, the results indicated that the increase of GMA content improved the waterproof and fouling resistance. Thermal stability and mechanical properties indicated that GMA was helpful to improve the WFPUA films performance. Coating performance showed that when the GMA content was 3%, resistance to impact and hardness is good.
