Fully hydraulic drill jumbo, with its low energy consumption, low pollution, high reliability and good economic returns advantages have been widely used in transportation, water and electricity projects and national defense construction and other major construction projects during the energy developed, the construction staff has been liberated out from the heavy and hard rock operations, and also improve the resource utilization. Drill rig to and support system is a key part of the hydraulic drill jumbo, and its performance has a direct affect to the overall performance of drill jumbo. This subject come from Yanqianshan Iron Mine of Anshan Iron & Steel Mining CoMPany full hydraulic drill jumbo development project, This project is researched by an example of Atlas Copco drill rig. This article is focused on hydraulic drill jumbo feeding support system, by on-site field measurements, established the three-dimensional model of feeding support system, and carried a dynamic analysis and finite element analysis, the key components of the mechanical properties was got, It will provide a guidance for the reach of hydraulic drill jumbo.Firstly, took Sweden Atlas · Copco coMPany Drilling rig as an example, refer to relevant information and three-dimensional measurement data, using design software draw the model of the jumbo feed support system, and finally assembled the parts, and check the interference, get the drill jumbo to support assembly system.Then transformed the jumbo feed system assembly model into ADAMS, and after model changes in ADAMS, establish trolley feeding support system of virtual prototype model. Carried the support and feed system dynamic simulation analysis under the six major risk conditions, got the kinetic correlation curves of the key components, and provided the necessary information of drive cylinder selected, and also provided data support for the feeding support system finite element analysis.Finally, carried a statics and modal analysis of jumbo feed support system in different conditions in ANSYS Workbench, got the stress and deformation case of entire system and parts. As well, got the system resonant frequencies, mode shape and a tendency of corresponding change, providing an evidence for the feeding support system to avoid the resonance frequency region.
