Modalities surface is widely applied in manufacturing fields, both in automotive, Marine and aerospace is the main application.But due to complex surface in general is done by five axis nc machine tool processing, however five axis nc machine tools compared with the traditional three axis nc machine tools have two axis of rotation that makes it very easy to appear in the process of machining the collision phenomenon.Collision interference have great impact to processing itself, is not only make the scrap parts, machine tool damage, moreover the processing personnel life damage, so to avoid collision interference research is particularly important.In this paper, we using the envelope of the cutting tool scanning body and fellowship with workpiece fixture the projection of the existence, as a preliminary judgment, again with the traditional pure tool of discrete vector point method for collision interference detection.Complete programming algorithm in DEVC++ platform, the embedded in VERICUT software processing detection module and through the simulation of real-time collision detection and collision when the cutting tool and fixture, make corresponding parts corresponding code red tip in order to correct the wrong report.In this paper, through the establishment of the impeller and SIEMENS NX machine model, In the software to generate tool path of nc machining program, set up post processor and the generated nc machining program, with integral impeller in VERICUT simulation example shows the practicability and validity of this algorithm.
