Containing michael institution unit and enamine organization unit, enamine has both the enamine nucleophilic and electrophilic ketene, presents a unique chemical properties. In addition, due to its high chemical reactivity,enamine is widely used in organic synthesis, especially the synthesis of heterocyclic compound, such as: have important biological activity of pyrrole, pyrazole, pyridone, quinolone. because of biological activity, they are widely used in the synthesis of medicine and pesticide.3-oxoalkanonttrile is a very active compounds, widely used in organic synthesis, it is very important intermediates in organic synthesis and drug intermediates, such as hypnotics, such as blood pressure medication. Preparation and the relevant domestic literature of 3-oxoalkanonttrile reported less, and the price of 3-oxoalkanonttrile are expensive, this makes application of 3-oxoalkanonttrile is limited.On the basis of our previous research, containing aromatic(hetro) acetyl alkane as material, first compounds enamine ketones, then compounds 3-oxoalkanonttrile, in order to get fast, simple, low cost and high yield rate of process conditions of synthesis of enamine ketones and oxoalkanonttrile.
