Get the spinning forming process of stress and strain distribution for each pass, Strain zone is analyzed and plastic forming mechanism, flow law of metal forming process, optimization of process parameters for effective to provide the basis.Through to several important parameters such as the feed rate, coefficient of friction and the thinning rate with the simulation results of the analysis and forming stress and strain and energy movement as the main judgment, Through orthogonalization deal with the influence of different parameters on the spinning forming is as follows:the rate of feeding> friction coefficient>reduction ratio. Through orthogonalization processing, neural network and genetic algorithm analysis feed ratio, friction coefficient and so on conditions on the relationship between the influence of spinning forming quality, get the optimal process parameters combination. |
