Some smoke cages are carried by truck during distribution process, in which can break the cages or disable the function of the cages due to the impact from road or vibration, thus a buffer part is presented between cages and chassis in order to suppress vibration and avoid damage. At present, comparing to other factors of road circumstance and trucks the research of cushioning packaging dynamics of vibration attract more attention.Accordingly, in this paper takes the whole consideration such as: road bed, cages, buffer and truck, and then explore the reliability of the truck.The modeling are based on random or pulse state according to the classification of road excitation, firstly. With the help of sine wave superposition to generate road model, 3D road transport for smooth random virtual simulation is established based on modeling principle of virtual 3D road in ADAMS software, through the power of road surface roughness spectrum is founded to verify the rationality of the road model.Secondly, ignoring the complexity of the system and taking the above system simplified as spring damping system model which cannot accurately simulate the actual system in normal situation. In this paper, vehicle model is created by ADAMS and buffer flexible body carried out by Hypermesh respectively. The simulating modeling is the buffer flexible body combine with rigid flexible coupling vehicle and cage car. According to the vehicle ride comfort test method of vehicle transport system for the random input and pulse road ride comfort simulation, the acceleration root mean square of different speed, various road level under the influence of the cage car transport, and discuss the speed of buffer performance influence.Finally, the reliability of the modal and transient analysis of the existing cage car are suggested by using the finite element software which named Abaqus that in some extent to ensure reliable transportation with lightweight, more importantly to verify the reliability of lightweight car transport cage. This kind of cages have advantages,such as: low cost, less energy consumption, reduce the load process of logistics distribution and improve the transport efficiency, ect. In order to optimize the cage structure, providing the reference for the design to improve the transport efficiency.
