With the lack of the earth’s resources, nuclear energy as an environmentally friendly high-capacity energy, will gradually become the main direction of future research and development. Nuclear accident brought disaster to human beings, so that human desire to discourage the development of nuclear energy, to strengthen the development and utilization of nuclear energy security has become a top priority. However, once the nuclear accident, take appropriate protective measures in accordance with the proliferation of the concentration of pollutants, protect the safety of residents is particularly important. But in the early nuclear accident, the area of radioactive contaminant concentrations measured nuclear accident there are some difficulties, therefore, to carry out simulation of the diffusion of radioactive contaminants to provide technical support for nuclear emergency decision making, it is very urgent.This topic-based environmental information around the nuclear power plant of geographic information, atmospheric meteorological environment monitoring stations, the application of genetic algorithm source type analysis, the strong nuclear accident source speculated; taking into account the dry deposition, wet deposition, radioactive decay and changes in wind direction and other factors, the Gaussian atmospheric dispersion model has been improved, the establishment of a radionuclide pollution dispersion model for nuclear accidents pollution dispersion modeling of nuclear power plants. In the study, based on the application of GIS and other information technologies to Liaoning Hongyanhe nuclear power plant, for example, a nuclear power plant design and implementation of radioactive pollution dispersion modeling system accident. The system has a nuclear accident source term analysis, radionuclide pollution dispersion modeling, as well as the spread of contamination visual query results and other functions, can provide technical support for nuclear power plant emergency decisions.
