As the important part of auto parts,the pros and cons of the forming quality of auto covering parts directly affect geometric accuracy and surface quality and mechanical properties of the part, and even the use of the vehicle performance,etc. So the reaserch of automobile covering parts forming process has always been a hot topic in the field of automobile industry.Auto threshold reinforced panle is a kind of typical automobile covering parts. It has complex structure, large drawing depth, the demand is higher in terms of forming accuracy and surface roughness of forming. It is a kind of typical and representative automobile covering parts because it is easy to appear forming defects such as cracking, wrinkling and springback in the process of forming.So Auto Threshold Reinforced Panle was selected as the research object of the article.Finite element model of auto threshold reinforced panle was established by numerical simulation software, and the influence to final forming quality of several process parameters involved in stamping forming process, such as blank-holder force, die clearance, stamping speed, friction coefficient were synthetically analyzed. Combined with the orthogonal experiment method and grey correlation theory,the influence of various factors on final forming quality was sorted. Optimum technological parameters combination was achieved and verified at the same time. Put forward the constructive guidance for practical production.For the springback problem after forming, the mechanism and control methods were analyzed in detail.Springback was compensated by module of springback compensation in the software.The result shows that compensation could be controlled effectively by springback compensation and the forming quality of stamping part could be guaranteed effectively.
