Lignocellulose can be used in the production of biofuels because it is abundant in source and low in price. Traditional raw materials for bioethanol production are plant fruitage containing carbohydrates. This leads to the situation that bioethanol industry scrambles for food with people and competes with food industry. Lignocellulose can be reduced our reliance on fossil fuels, and promote the development of biomass industry. Polymerization of lignin and crystalline cellulose form a high-degree encapsulation, thus the cellulose and hemicellulose in corn stover is difficult to be degraded by acid and enzyme. To degrade cellulose completely and to utilize hydrolysated glucose, we have to open the encapsulation effect of lignin on cellulose and hemicellulose, exploring a suitable technology of pretreatment degradation is the first step of biomass conversion. In this work, we took corn stover as raw material, carried out the research on process of pretreatment, in which dilute acid was used to pretreated the corn stover, and the influence of different conditions on the results of pretreatment was dicussed, including sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, and solid-liquid ratio. Cellulose retention rate, the hydrolysis rate of hemicelluloses and lignin removal rate were taken as the index to identify the result. The pretreated corn stover was analysised to acquire the information of changes on properties and structure.Inhibiting factor like furfural and reducing sugar concentration in corn stover pretreatment liquid were studied by means of partial correlation analysis. We explored the relationship between different pretreatment conditions and concentration of furfural and reducing sugar, then optimized the pretreatment processes technology to reduce furfural concentration. A theoretical basis for using the hydrolysis of corn stover to ferment was provided.Corn stover as raw material was used to study the enzyme hydrolysis. The enzyme hydrolysis rate on different conditions were analysised. Corn stover hydrolysate as carbon resource and the laboratory-preserved Mortierella isabellina as the experimental strains, We carried out a study of oil production by microbial fermentation. Factors such as concentration of carbon source, nitrogen source, fermentation time, pH, nutritive salt were investigated. Yield of oil, biomass, oil content were taken index. A system which using enzymatic hydrolysis liquid of corn stover to produce grease is established.
