In this paper, the experiment will study the following contents:1、The nano TiO2 photocatalytic materials were prepared by Sol-gel method with Ti(OC4H9)4 as the main raw material, C2Hs(OH) as solvent, acetylacetone as inhibitors, nitric acid as a pH adjusting agent, using the sol-gel method of nano titanium dioxide. On the basis of the above drugs adding dihexadecyl ammonium bromide as template used theSol-gel method to prepare mesoporous titania. Through a lot of experiments summarized the main factors mesoporous titania photocatalytic properties of the preparation of stable sol preparation process and impact. The structure and morphology of the obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, and so on.2、Cerium nitrate hexahydrate as cerium source, samarium nitrate hexahydrate as samarium source, using a modified Sol-gel prepared by a high activity of cerium doped mesoporous titania and samarium doped mesoporous titania photocatalyst by Rhodamine B as target sewage reaction model to study the different doping percents, calcination time, calcination temperature on photocatalytic properties of the evaluation of its photocatalytic effect. The structure and morphology of the obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electronic. The results show that:the prepared samples are anatase titanium dioxide photocatalyst doped degradation of Rhodamine B has been significantly enhanced, indicating that the doping of cerium, samarium mesoporous Titania to dye wastewater treatment capacity greatly enhanced. 3、On the basis of the above experiments, using a modified sol-gel prepared by a high activity of cerium, mesoporous titania photocatalysts codoped samarium using Rhodamine B sewage response model for the target, the amount of light of different doping affect the catalytic performance evaluation of its photocatalytic effect. They were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X means of fluorescence spectroscopy. The results show that:the prepared samples are anatase titanium dioxide photocatalyst doped degradation of Rhodamine B has been significantly enhanced, indicating that cerium, samarium co-doped mesoporous titania dye wastewater the ability to greatly enhanced. 4、After the above experiments the best craftsmanship route selection and amplification experiments in this process route. Take a dyeing of dye wastewater Yinchuan photocatalytic oxidation degradation; COD assessment measured using its photocatalytic degradation. And it was characterized by physical nitrogen adsorption. The results show that:in the amplification process of the prepared sample degradation of Rhodamine B is relatively weaker, indicating that the amplification effect has great influence on the catalyst wastewater treatment capacity, depending on the strength remains to be post-study various factors influencing factors.
