Traditional ventilation system is only for environmental monitoring sensor data acquisition and limit alarm, failed to do so for analysis and forecasting, while not automatically adjust for the wind, the main fan long run at full power control, poor reliability, consumption can be large, complex operations and other defects, no longer meet the monitoring requirements of modern mine.In this paper, the traditional ventilation problems in environmental monitoring, to the original six systems Beishan mine ventilation plan, based on the PLC frequency control of energy-saving technology in ventilation monitoring system, while the system was optimized.(1) The system uses a CO, wind speed, negative pressure on the underground environment sensor data acquisition, while the main ventilator parameters were monitored, data transmission via fiber-optic network to the Siemens S7-200PLC treatment, in the PC displayed on the Kingview 6.55. Using PLC as the last machine monitoring system is safe and reliable than the traditional relay mode, also avoiding the contact points wiring trouble.(2) The main mine fan power consumption accounted for a large portion of the total power consumption of mine, so the introduction of energy-saving programs on mine Frequency wind speed can be adjusted to reduce mine operating costs. Using wind speed fast and stable regulatory function of internal PLC PID control technology with real-time environment the main mine fan, set the corresponding frequency inverter, is completed.(3) The concentration of CO in downhole sensor acquisition by the PLC using OPC interface technology with Matlab for data exchange, so as to achieve the effect of the concentration of CO advance warning.(4) In the original KJ678 metal and nonmetal mine monitoring system based on the data source database, use King view 6.5.5 for monitoring PC software interface has been redesigned, completed the CO concentration, negative pressure, wind speed monitoring, alarm reporting systems, trend curves and functions such as setting user permissions. |
