| Waste paper has getting more and more attention in resource utilization, waste paper recovery and utilization rate increased year by year, Due to the deinking sludge contains a lot of heavy metals and other pollutants, This paper attempts to implement electrokinetic removal of deinking sludge, the significance of reference to the current China’s papermaking sludge disposal, effectively eliminate the secondary pollution of the sludge, and solved the papermaking wastewater treatment plant of papermaking sludge lightweight problem, also can break through the current papermaking sludge in agriculture before heavy metals needed to resolve the bottleneck. In this paper, we have concluded that the electrode reversal and electrodialys circuit is a kind of low cost, high efficiency, sustainable, recyclable electric learning method to remove the heavy metals, and have the maneuverability of the engineering application.Mainly compares the system of citric acid, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and phosphoric acid system, NTA catalytic system, permeable wall system,electrode reversal system,approaching anode system, citric acid, electrode reversal+ electrodialysis circulation system, we have concluded that citric acid system will put Cd removal rate reached 51%, the Cr removal rate reached 67%, Cu removal rate reached 31%, Mn removal rate reached 59%, Pb removal rate reached 26%, zinc removal rate reached 71%. Phosphate system has made Cd removal rate reached 14%, the Cr removal rate reached 19%, Cu removal rate reached 45%, Mn removal rate reached 43%, Pb removal rate reached 34%, zinc removal rate reached 43%. NTA catalytic system can made Cd removal rate reached 33%, the Cr removal rate reached 46%, the removal rate of Cu was achieved 42%, Mn removal rate reached 59%, the Pb removal rate reached 17%, zinc removal rate reached 82%. Permeable wall catalytic system can made 4% the removal rate of Cd, Cr removal rate reached 78%, Cu removal rate reached 37%, Mn removal rate reached 39%, Pb removal rate reached 31%, zinc removal rate reached 57%. Citric acid, electrode reversal system has made Cd removal rate reached 26%, the Cr removal rate reached 79%, the removal rate of Cu was achieved 62%, Mn removal rate reached 66%, Pb removal rate reached 57%, zinc removal rate reached 86%. In approaching anode system, the removal rate of Cd can be reached 53%, the Cr removal rate reached 77%, Cu removal rate reached 85%, Mn removal rate reached 74%, Pb removal rate reached 78%, zinc removal rate reached 77%. electrode reversal+electrodialysis circulation system has made the removal rate of Cd be reached 72%, the Cr removal rate reached 82%, Cu removal rate reached 55%, Mn removal rate reached 57%, Pb removal rate reached 61%, zinc removal rate reached 84%.After comprehensive comparison, it is concluded that citric acid, potassium dihydrogen phosphate fell very electrodialysis circulation system is a kind of ideal, removal of heavy metal ions and effective electric learning method... |
