How to control sewage is a major topic in the study of water cycle, In this paper, the author studies on high concentration organic wastewater which is a difficult to solve in the object. Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation(CWAO)has always been the effective methods of biodegradable organic waste water, but it’s too high to the requirement of production conditions, and also pose a safety hazard in the process of operation. So this paper tries to introduce the microwave field, make microwave combined with CWAO technology taking active carbon as adsorbing carrier, taking Fe2O3/CeO2or ferric salt or MnO2as Catalysts and H2O2as oxidant for degradation of wastewater. The experiment finally prove it can wipe off chroma of wastewater efficiently and make a significant reduction of COD. The COD of the sewage is high to120000/mg.L-1And get a series of the following results:Comparing Fe2O3and Fe2(SO4)3as catalysts in two experiments, we can know that, material of catalysis reaction is Fe2O3instead of Fe3+, and whatever making the reaction goes continuously or intermittently, there is no obvious effect to it.In the Fe2O3catalytic ability proof test we found, H2O2can make wastewater degradation happen itself, the removal rate of COD goes up with more dosage of H2O2added, when add H2O2with Fe2O3catalyst, the dosage of H2O2will reduce a lot. And if without oxidant, use only Fe2O3-GAC to deal with the wastewater, it’s COD can not go down so fast. Accordingly, Catalytic effect of Fe2O3is obvious.In the catalytic ability comparing experiment between Fe2O3and MnO2:MnO2suits under the condition of low temperature on organic matter degradation, and Fe2O3heating lag makes antioxidants play a higher efficiency.In testing the influence of different microwave power on the experiment, under the condition of invariable total output power, high microwave power can be better assisted removal of organic matter.because heating effect of the catalyst show better under the high microwave power, and the better heating effect cause better decomposition of H2O2;It also reflected power is greater than the influence of reaction time and temperature. Through a series of experiment research, proved that microwave can induce Fe2O3-CeO2-GAC to catalyze H2O2to break out (OH) to decompose organic wastewater very well. Thus, using it to instead of CWAO can make the reaction at NPT and avoid the existence of hidden dangers.
