In the process of aluminum electrolytic production, current efficiency have determined aluminum output and energy consumption. The anode current distribution affect the electrolysis condition and current efficiency directly. At present, the frequent measuring technology of anode current and equipment have different error, it makes anode current distribution difficult to monitor.The paper analyzes the measuring methods of anode current distribution between the domestic and foreign, based on these theory, the paper design and research the method about the current measure by measuring the magnetic field. During designing the measuring method, in order to solve the effects of the interference magnetic field the paper puts forward using the shielding circular. So it can measure accurately the magnetic field generated by anode current.Base on strong magnetic field environment in aluminum electrolytic production, the paper studies the shielding circular geometry size have an effect on the shielding effectiveness by finite element simulation, then put forward the principle of selecting shielding circular, for example thickness, length and diameter.The paper conduct the shielding effectiveness test on the experiment platform. The finally measuring result verify the shielding circular effect on interference magnetic field, in order to improve the accuracy of measurement.According to the practical aluminum electrolytic structure and production, the paper determine the optional area of the anode current measuring, research different conduct have effect on the measurement position, and the magnetic field in the X, Y and Z direction.
