In recent years, the need for microwave absorbers and radar-absorbing materials is ever growing in civilian applications. Due to the synthesis and performance is controllable, composite absorbing material which is the the product of the combination of polyaniline and graphene has been widely concerned. To achieve the effect of broadband strong absorption, this paper mainly study on the following research.(1) Preparation of composite materials of polyaniline and graphene whose weight ratio is5:1,10:1,20:1using the physical mixing way. When the polyaniline and graphene weight ratio is5:1, dielectric constant is improved obviously in contrast of polyaniline. When the film thickness d is2mm, reflection loss peak position moves to high frequency that is from11GHz up to14GHz. The maximum reflection loss reaches-14.6dB when the frequency is14GHz. And band width whose reflection loss less than-10dB is up to2.5GHz,and this is above the band width of polyaniline whose frequency is1.6GHz..(2)We has got the polyaniline/grapheme oxide composite materials whose Concentration of aniline unit is0M,0.01M,0.02M,0.03M,0.04M,0.05M by means of in situ polymerization. When d=2mm that is product of theoretical calculation, the absorption peak of composite materials moves to around15GHz from11GHz in contrast of polyaniline. And this has no obvious difference with composite materials prepared by physical mixing method. When aniline molar concentration is0.04M, reflection loss up to-13.3dB, and band width which less than-10dB up to2.5GHz,and this is above the band width of polyaniline.(3) We add Fe3O4into composite materials of polyaniline/grapheme and study how the Fe3O4affect composite magnetic permeability and impedance when the Fe3O4’s proportion is0,5%,10%,15%,20%,25%. The adding of Fe3O4has affected the value of complex dielectric constant. When d is2mm, reflection loss value reached27dB in14GHz. Through the change of the thickness of the film, absorbing frequency move to low frequency and band width which less than-10dB up to11.2GHz, and this is above the band width of polyaniline.
