| Since 2013, the fog and haze has come into the public view and been concerned step by step, as the frequent occurrence of fog and haze events, let it become an annual keywords. Fog: The ice crystals aerosols or droplets suspended in the atmosphere near the formation and occurs in the fall and winter seasons; Haze: The dust, sulfuric acid, nitric acid and organic hydrocarbons particles in the atmosphere. Generally, the particle size of fog and haze less than 10μm, therefore, the primary task to deal with fog and haze is controlling PM10 and PM2.5. Reviewing relevant literature, most study of PM10 and PM2.5 tend to physical properties, such as the composition, origin, characteristics and influencing factors and so on, but the study of microbial community composition and distribution in PM10 and PM2.5 is few, therefore, this subject is researched on the distribution and sources of microbial communities in PM10 and PM2.5 in the Nan Chang atmosphere. In this paper, using "the Gravimetric method of PM10 and PM2.5 in the atmosphere " to study the quality of PM10 and PM2.5 in the Nan Chang atmosphere, and analyzing the pollution of them. After collecting air samples and culturing them, then using the dilution plate count method to determine concentrations of bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi in the samples and analyze the potential environmental sources and relevance between PM10 and PM2.5. Determined by sampling, the following conclusions:In the same sampling area, the seasonal variation of bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi in PM10 and PM2.5 is different, in the summer of A station,the concentration distribution of microbes in PM10 and PM2.5 is: bacteria> fungi> actinomycetes, in the autumn and winter,the concentration distribution of microbes in PM10 and PM2.5 is: bacteria> actinomycetes> fungi; in the summer of B station,the concentration distribution of microbes in PM10 is: bacteria> actinomycetes> fungi,,the concentration distribution of microbes in PM2.5 is: bacteria> fungi = actinomycetes, in the autumn and winter,the concentration distribution of microbes in PM10 and PM2.5 is: bacteria> actinomycetes> fungi.In the different seasons, in the Nan Chang atmosphere near the formation,the bacteria concentrations of microbial contamination in PM10 at 15 m is difference at 1.5m, but the actinomycetes and fungi contamination is consistent; in the Nan Chang atmosphere near the formation at 1.5m, the percentage of bacteria in the total microbial strains of PM2.5 is more than 60% each season,in the Nan Chang atmosphere near the formation at 15 m, it is about 70%.The variability of microbial sources is strong in the atmosphere, and the magnitude of the microorganisms dynamic changes is large, in the same place, the sources of bacterial, actinomycetes and fungi in the atmosphere,there is a big difference between them,outdoor in A station, Microorganisms in PM10 and PM2.5 is more likely to come from the soil and water,and it is more likely to come from human beings and pets indoor. |
