In this paper, three kind of ionic liquids synthesized by synthetic oil PAG660 and three lithium sah(Lithium tetrafluoroborate(LiBF4), Lithium bis (trifluoromethanesulfonyl) imide(LiNTf2), Lithium hexafluorophosphate(LiPF6)) and studied conductivity and tribological properties; Take synthetic ionic liquids as additives of laboratory-made overbased calcium sulfonate complex grease and investigate its physical and chemical properties, conductivity and tribological properties; Finally, using ANSYS finite element analysis simulation of the temperature field of electrical connections before and after coated the electrical joint compounded grease. The main conclusions are as follows:1、The conductivity of the synthetic ionic liquids increased with the content of the lithium salt increased, and the synthetic ionic liquids show better tribological properties than the base oils (PAG660), which achieved the best effect of antifriction-wear when LiBF4 content of 1%.2、The ionic liquids added to the overbased calcium sulfonate complex grease can effectively promote its conductivity and the properties of antifriction-wear, the conductivity of the electrical joint compounded grease increased with the content of the lithium salt increased, and achieved the best antifriction-wear result when LiBF4 content of 1%.3、The ionic liquids and electrical joint compounded grease containing lithium salt exhibits excellent antifriction-wear performance may be due to the formation of friction protective film, such as SiO2, phosphate, CaF2, FeS, which has excellent antifriction-wear properties acting on friction pair.4、By using ANSYS finite element analysis simulation of the temperature field of electrical connections before and after coated the electrical joint compounded grease, theoretically verify the electrical joint compounded grease have a good conductivity can effectively reduce the contact resistance of the electrical connections, thereby reducing the temperature of the electrical connections, extend the life of electrical equipment, improve the operational reliability of electric transmission and transformation equipment.
