| As one of the main disasters in coal mine, the dust may cause pneumoconiosis, and will greatly deteriorate the working environment of workers. what’s more,when distributing in working space, even cause the coal dust explosion under certain conditions, which is a serious threat to the safety of the mining. Dust concentration is higher in fully mechanized excavation face than the others, especially pathogenic. Single dust removal technology can’t achieve a better performance, and the efficiency can’t satisfy to safe production. On existing basis and combining with conditions of the Chensilou 21007 fully mechanized excavation face, the paper analysed the dust generation mechanism and emission law, designed a new type of gas water spray nozzle and mounting module, installed the far-pressing-near-absorption(FPNA) ventilation system with wall-attaching chimney, and got the devices to be carried out at the fully mechanized excavation face.The paper analysed the dust generation mechanism, and simulated dust transport characteristics of forced ventilation. According to the results of simulation, a self-autuated wet scrubber was designed and aided by the FPNA ventilation system with wall-attaching chimney. It is appropriate to locate the Dust collection duct at the place 3 meters away from the cutter heads, supporting practices of dust-reduction technology with proper theories. To meeting the demands of coal mine, the gas water spray nozzle was optimized, and it was applicable to air pressure and water pressure of the fully mechanized excavation face. After conclusions, the paper managed to design the optimal installation and the arrangement of spray modules.In 21007 drivage face to build the integrated dust removal system, and industrial experiment was carried out. The measured results show that the FPNA ventilation system with wall-attaching chimney effectively improve the head-on wind field, changed the spatial distribution of the residual dust, improve the efficiency of the filter of dust capture. The total dust concentration and respirable dust concentration at the driver place dropped to 63.5mg/m3 and 49 mg/m3 respectively, the comprehensive dust efficiency above 87%. Tests showed that the integrated dust removal technology greatly reducing the dust concentration. |
