With the popularity of CDQ device,red coke burning has been a problem in the design and operation of most concern. From the actual operation, coke burning include block scorch(melting) and powder coke burning loss. CDQ coke burning red(solution) loss situation was studied by the experiment for burning coke particles of different size loss.Coke particle combustion reaction was a typical non-catalytic gas-solid reactions,solid structure would be changed as the reaction in the different size particles. Three coke samples of MEISHAN,TIEXIONG and LIANGANG were selected in this study, and at different size, the reaction temperature and the oxygen concentration, the type of control coke gasification reaction kinetics was examined, and explore the changes of coke combustion reaction rate with hypoxia reaction time. The results showed that compared with tamping coke, the weight loss of top charging coke was larger in different oxygen concentrations, but its variation of weightlessness was consistent, and were all related with coke particle size, oxygen concentration and reaction temperature. At the beginning of the reaction temperature was 550℃, and with increasing particle size of coke and concentration of oxygen gas, the rate of coke weightless was increased. True density and ash were all changed in continuous thermal reaction different oxygen concentrations. And we found that these conditions affected the coke solution loss reaction, starting temperature of the solution loss reaction was about 800℃, and with the decrease of coke particle size, increase of reaction temperature and increase of CO2 gas concentration, the rate of coke weightless was increased.By the reaction kinetics of continuous thermal gravimetric of coke,from the correlation coefficient can be seen, the zero order kinetic reaction can be well described by burning coke studied(solution) loss reaction. At the same time found that the smaller pre-exponential factor and the higher activation energy of the coke, the higher stability of the coke.CDQ system losses was the joint action of coke powder in the annular flue gas combustion and in the upper part of cooling section carbon solution loss reaction, so the burning rate of the coke included combustion reaction and loss of carbon solution.Along higher in the circulation of the annular flue gas composition analysis showed that the combustion of combustible components was in the upper flue circulation,and coke solution loss reaction was occurred in the upper of cold focal lengths less oblique crossing of CDQ.
