Pot-cultivating experiments with soils polluted by 100mg/kg copper were adopted to study the effect of soils polluted by copper on different kinds of corns (No.56 Jingdan, No.16 Changyu, No.2 Dazheng) and the effect of different volume of microbial fertilizers (with microbial fertilizer 0,50,100 and 200 g per pot) on the restoration of crops. The results showed that:1. Auxo-action on corn growth was exhibited when 100 mg/kg microbial fertilizer was applied on Cu-contaminated soil. Corn height and fresh weight was overall greater than CK treatment. The largest auxo-action was exhibited on No.2 Dazheng corn when 100 g microbial fertilizer per pot was applied. The largest auxo-action was exibited on No. 56 Jingshan corn when 200 g microbial fertilizer per pot was applied.2.Chlorophyll content was evidently higher than CK treatment when different amount of microbial fertilizer was applied. Chlorophyll content increased with microbial fertilizer amount on No.16 Changyu corn. The highest chlorophyll content (11.397mg·g-1FW) was identified when 200 g per pot microbial fertilizer was applied.3. Catalase activity, superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase (pod) activity were higher than CK treatment when different amount of microbial fertilizer was applied. Evident activation effect on POD activity, CAT activity and SOD activity was exhibited when 100 g per pot microbial fertilizer was applied on No.2 Dazheng corn on seeding stage.4. Different amount of microbial fertilizer increase the root, stem, leaves and seed absorption on heavy metal on corn mature stage.100 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No.2 Dazheng and No.16 Changyu and 200 g per pot microbial fertilizer No. 56 Jingshan exhibited the highest absorption on heavy metal. Cu was mainly absorbed and accumulated on root.5. Urease activity, catalase activity, sucrose activity, phosphatase activity on soil of corn mature stage was higher than CK treatment under different amount of microbial fertilizer. 100 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No.2 Dazheng and No.16 Changyu and 200 g per pot microbial fertilizer No.56 Jingshan exhibited auxo-action on catalase activity, sucrose activity, phosphatase activity on mature stage.6..Full Cu content was evidently lower than CK treatment when different amount of microbial fertilizer was applied in Cu-contaminated soil with different kinds of mature corns. 100 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No.2 Dazheng and No. 16 Changyu and 200 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No. 56 Jingshan exhibited highest absorption on Cu.7.Exchangeable Cu content and carbonate-combined Cu content on soil were higher than CK treatment when microbial fertilizer was applied on mature stage corns. Organic-combined Cu content on soil was lower than CK treatment when microbial fertilizer was applied on mature stage corns. Residue Cu content on soil was higher than CK treatment when microbial fertilizer was applied on mature stage corns. 100 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No.2 Dazheng, 100 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No. 16 Changyu and 200 g per pot microbial fertilizer on No. 56 Jingshan could evidently enhance the absorption of plant on heavy metal on soil.
