SO2 as one of the major coal pollutants, poses a serious threat on atmospheric environment, In our country has been put into operation more than 200 mw generating units, more than 95% of the limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization technology. However the wet desulphurization system in many coal-fired power stations in the process of actual operation of the desulfurization efficiency is not up to standard, equipment scale jams, running cost is high, studies have shown that the desulfurization additive can strengthen system desulfurization efficiency, increase the rate of system can be put into operation, improve system efficiency, therefore the study of wet desulfurization additive has the positive practical and theoretical significance.This paper to promote the dissolution of limestone, calcium sulfite catalytic oxidation as well as the acidity of the three performance metrics, as research subjects in the process of evaluation and screening of desulfurization additive reference, additive to promote the dissolution of the limestone experimental reference to DL/T 943-943 in the wet flue gas desulfurization with the determination of the reaction rate of limestone powder, under fixed pH environment using acid-base titration method for determination of the limestone dissolution rate in unit time slurry, thus quantitative intuitive 53 kinds of additives on the activity of limestone dissolution effect; Calcium sulfite catalytic oxidation experiment based on the experiment platform to build, of soluble salts of Mn2+, Fe2+ calcium sulfite catalytic oxidation experiments, Desulfurization SO32- ion concentration in serum by Beijing BoQi electric power technology co., LTD. Enterprise standard of the wet flue gas desulfurization chemical analysis method of sulfite determination by iodine volume method, the determination of; Slurry pH has important effects on desulfurization efficiency, the subject in the process of research based on the chemical reagent acidity general testing methods DT/T 9736-2008, on screen at the same time has good promoting the dissolved limestone, calcium sulfite oxidation effect of 4 kinds of compound additive acidity experiments, research on the stability of slurry pH value fluctuations.Results show that organic acid can reduce the serum in the solid-liquid, gas-liquid interface mass transfer resistance, buffering slurry pH change process so as to achieve the purpose of promote the dissolution of limestone, the adipic acid has good limestone promote dissolving effect, can the limestone dissolution rate per unit time increased by more than 10%; Soluble salts of Mn2+, Fe2+ of serum calcium sulphate central Asia has better catalytic oxidation, calcium sulfite oxidation rate per unit time will increase more than double; Composite additives have single desulfurization additive is more excellent than strengthen the desulfurization effect, can increase by more than 30%, the limestone dissolution rate per unit time in serous limestone half melting time reduced by more than 60%, calcium sulfite catalytic oxidation rate per unit time more than double; Compound additive can sustain 33 desulphurization pH of the slurry is in the best environment.Compound desulfurization additive 31, in HeBei WuAn wet desulphurization system of 300 MW coal-fired units for field engineering test, the results showed that the system desulfurization efficiency improved significantly, and can be put into operation rate have improved significantly; After using desulfurization additive and its economic analysis, use of a 300 MW desulfurization additive, can save operating costs about 1.33 million a year.
