The gas accident is currently affecting the safety in production of coal mine major threat, especially the accident of gas explosion. Characteristics of gas explosion in coal mines:cause numerous and subtle elements. Because the geological condition of coal mine underground complex and working conditions for the gas explosion provides the dangerous and harmful factors in large amount and nature of concealment. Two characteristics of gas explosion hazard of serious accidents and serious. Although in recent years the number of accidents decreased gradually, but the serious accidents proportion is very large. This kind of accident from either casualties or property losses are the general accident incomparable. Gas explosion accident features three:serious accidents are often caused by one or several risk factors. Through the analysis of the previous accidents found major accident cause factor often were one of the few, which also provides the direction for the focus on accident prevention and safety management. In this paper, through the background research through a more effective method of safety management to prevent gas explosion accident. The focus of the study was to identify the existence of the accident before the coal mine gas explosion hazard analysis and calculation through, and through the comparative analysis to determine the order of importance, distinguish the danger source key, provide direction and focus for the prevention and control of coal mine gas explosion accident. The study on the main line is taking gas explosion as the object, by gas explosion conditions as the basis, using accident chain theory to find out the coal mine all can cause dangerous source accidents through the fault tree analysis method, through the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis of importance and ranking explosion two part more detailed analysis of each risk source of the gas, and for the proposal of "chain breaking" countermeasures. This paper takes Shanxi coal import and Export Group Han Jiawa coal mine as an example, using the fuzzy fault tree analysis method based on accident chain theory for the identification and evaluation of dangerous source of gas explosion in the mine underground, and the use of safety management is to provide the corresponding countermeasures.Fault analysis of commonly used in large complex system chain theory of accident, such as cascading failure analysis. The model also has the similar characteristics of gas explosion. Heinrich accident causation theory and the qualitative analysis by using the fault tree analysis method based on the analysis, a method commonly used as a safety system engineering, it has the advantages of simple, reliable. Efficient wait for a characteristic. Fault tree models can be concise lists of the dangerous source of gas explosion and the path leading to hidden intermediate events, solving and by minimal cut sets and minimal path sets were found to cause dangerous source combination and prevention of gas explosion in an explosion risk source combination. Due to the large number of underground gas explosion hazard, and the environment is complex probability is not well defined, this paper in quantitative analysis in fault tree analysis based on the combination of fuzzy mathematics thought constitute the fuzzy fault tree analysis, to determine the probability of the triangular fuzzy number into fuzzy probability, simultaneously has carried on the fuzzy importance analysis of basic events, find out the key risk sources lead to gas explosion accident, prevention and control through the safety management and corresponding countermeasures.
