Nanotechnology is one most important technology of the future to guide the human development, nanotechnology has given mankind a new perspective to understand the physical world, and its development will bring unprecedented opportunities for other related areas. Compared with ordinary material nanomaterials have small size and surface quality than larger. For this reason nanomaterials have small size effect, quantum size effect, macroscopic quantum tunneling effect, surface effects and other features, which have been widely used in many fields. So the preparation of micro and nano structures is very important in areas of nanotechnology and nanomaterials. Nanomaterials or nano-devices formed with highly ordered arrays of nano units have showed more excellent characteristics than ordinary nanomaterials in the optical, thermal, electromagnetic, etc.. The preparation method research and properties study of metal nano-array structure was paid close attention in recent years. Arrays of metallic nanomaterials because of its strong surface Plasmon resonance effect were widely attention. Since the metal material having an array structure of milk-enhanced Raman scattering effect, the fluorescence effect has been widely used in many fields. Research and Application of Nano-metal for Change spatial dimensions and size of electrical materials, optics, heat transfer, affect the mechanical properties such as for an ideal research model and research ideas. Also, Because the metal array structure material has enhanced Raman scattering effect, fluorescent effect and its unique physical and chemical properties, makes the nano metal in conduction, catalysis, optics, information science, microelectronics and optoelectronics, biomedical materials and nano device development has important research and application prospects.Due to the wide application and development prospects of highly ordered arrays metal Nano-structural materials, basis on in-depth study of the preparation technology of metal Nano-array structures this paper proposes an method that use laser evanescent standing wave field focusing noble metal nanoparticles prepared by deposition of precious metals Nano-array structure, and to do a more in-depth theoretical study for its feasibility and experimental design methods. The main contents are:1. we have did an in-depth research for the nature of the evanescent wave field focusing and depositing silver nanoparticles. And make a detailed calculation and simulation for the changes in the polarization state of the evanescent wave field and the distribution of the electric field strength and electric field vector. We have did a detailed analysis and computational simulation of silver nanoparticles by the force of light field and dipole interactions in 1-D and 2-D laser evanescent standing wave field.2. Research the preparation method of silver nanoparticles, and choice the photochemical reduction method to prepare the silver nanoparticles colloidal solution required for the experiment. On the basis of theoretical calculations we have designed and built a optical path of one-dimensional laser evanescent wave field, and applying the properties of laser evanescent standing wave field focusing and depositing silver nanoparticles we have prepared the inerratic linear silver nanoparticle arrays structure on the top surface of square pyramid which we design and machining for this experiment. At the same time, laser power density and incident Angle of laser is studied on the influence of the preparation of silver nano linear array structure.3. In order to verify silver nanoparticles of handling of the laser evanescent standing wave field, on the basis of the prepared one-dimensional linear array structure of silver nanoparticles we design an experiment that we will square pyramid rotated 90 degrees for the secondary deposition after the completion of the one-dimensional silver nano linear array structure preparation. In the experimental results, we observed that the evanescent wave field have damaged the deposited silver nano linear array structure, and successfully demonstrated that the formation of silver nano linear array structure is due to the laser evanescent standing wave field carrying silver nanoparticles.4. We further design and construction of two-dimensional laser evanescent wave field, and with the evanescent wave field focusing deposition methods dimensional periodic array of silver nano-dot structure, more proof of this preparation evanescent standing wave deposition of silver nano-array structures Focus feasibility of the method, and expand the application of the width of this preparation method.
