Multi-enzyme feed is a kind of biological feed, that including variety of feed enzymes, the feed enzymes can eliminate anti-nutrients to some extent, or be a complementary to animal-derived enzymes, which will help to improve the quality of the existing feed and feed utilization. In this paper, using distiller’s grains and other feed materials as raw material,a new multienzyme bio-feed including β-mannanase, xylanase and phytase is studied through microbial fermentation of Bacillus subtilis and lactic acid bacteria.The optimized condition of L1:the ratio of corn flour and soybean meal is 8:2,content of distiller’s grains is 30%,inoculum is 0.8mL(250mL installed lOg dry material), temperature 35 ℃, pH natural,ratio of dry material and water is 1:1.2, time 6d.The optimized condition of L2:the ratio of corn flour and soybean meal is 6:4,content of distiller’s grains is 40%,inoculum is 1mL(250mL installed 10g dry material), temperature 35℃, pH natural,ratio of dry material and water is 1:1, time 5d. The optimized condition of L3:the ratio of corn flour and soybean meal is 5:5,content of distiller’s grains is 30%,inoculum is 0.8mL(250mL installed lOg dry material), temperature 37℃, pH 7,ratio of dry material and water is 1:1.2, time 5d.According to the results of last part,the solid state fermentation condition of mixed strains was optimized.The optimized condition:the ratio of corn meal to soybean meal 7:3,distiller’s grains37%,wheat bran30%,inoculum5%,the ratio of Bacillus subtilis 2:2:1,L3 was inoculated 24h in advance,fermentation temperature 37℃,the ratio of dry material and water is 1:1, pH8.0, (NH4)2SO43%, (NH2)2CO1.5%, CaCl20.3%,fermentation time 5d.The color and aroma were optimized by the fermentation of lactic acid bacteria.The optimized condition on fermentation of lactic acid bacteria:the charge capacity 100g, temperature 35℃, inoculum15%, time 6d.After the fermentation,The color of feed was red and the aroma was comfortable. Then the content of mannan, xylan and phytate were measured.The ratio of content of mannan,xylan and phytic acid reduced were 66.28%,12.21% and 34.09%,respectively.Last,the ten indicators including the content of crude protein, crude fiber, ash, calcium, phosphorus, water and so on were measured.All the measured results were consistent with NY/T 1245-2006.
