At present, the mian method to improve building aseismic ability is seting isolation bearing between building and the foundation. At the same time, natural rubber which has poor damping performance is the primary rubber material to prepare isolation bearing. Therefore, studying the structure and properties of NR matrix composites for the preparation of high-performance isolation bearing is of great significance. In this work, we add high-damping rubber material CIIR, new nano filler carbon nanotubes(CNTs) and petroleum resin to prepare high-damping NR matrix composites, investigate the impact of their content on stretching orientation and SIC of NR by combined Infrared Dichroism and Synchrotron WAXD, also the damping property by RPA. Thus NR matrix composites for high-performance isolation is prepared. Main contents and conclusions are as follows.(1)Infrared Dichroism and Synchrotron Radiation WAXD are used to investigate the impact of CIIR, CNTs and petroleum resin content on stretching orientation and strain-induced crystallization of NR at room temperature. It is found that when pure NR, pure CIIR and NR/CIIR blends are uniaxial streched, only NR shows orientation and crystallization, menwhile orientation factor and crystallization index gradually increase with the increasing of strain; Orientation factor of pure NR is less than that of the NR component in NR/CIIR blends; Crystallization index of NR component in NR/CIIR blends increase firstly and then decrease compared to pure NR with the decreaseing of NR content, while crystallization rate of NR component always is less than pure NR; Adding CNTs to NR can improve the crystallization rate and crystallization rate of NR, and the more CNTs, the effecy is more obvious; CIIR component in CIIR/CNTs composites also don’t shows crystallization like pure CIIRO(2) RPA is used to investigate the impact of CIIR, CNTs and petroleum resin content on the damping property of NR at 30℃, finding that the more CIIR, the damping property of NR/CIIR blends is better; Adding CNTs to NR is beneficial to the damping property of NR/CNTs composites, however, the effect of CNTs in CIIR/CNTs composites is opposite; Contrary to the effect of adding CIIR to NR, adding CIIR to NR/CNTs/CB composites goes against to its damping performance; Adding petroleum resin to NR/CNTs/CB composites is not only beneficial to reduce the hardness of NR/CNTs/CB composites, but also can improve its damping performance.
