The object of the research of this article is the process design of the second phase of the Lintong Wastewater Treatment Plant.Analysing the statistics of the quality and the quantity of the sewage, then determines the requirement on water quality and quantity for the second phase of the sewage sludge treatment process.After optimize and compare of the main structures, discuss and analyse the investment of this project.Below are the results got in this study:(1)By monitoring the quantity and quality of the sewage at the entrance of the treatment,as the city is developing fast these years, the second phase of the treatment plant is determined to be designed with 2.5×104m3/d;(2)After analyzing the statistics of the plant offered and the data Monitored at the entrance,90 percentages is suggested for the design of the second phase of the Lintong Wastewater Treatment Plant, determining the quality of the sewage as BOD5: 150mg/L,COD:300mg/L,SS:150mg/L,NH3-N:30mg/L,TN:40mg/L,TP:4.5mg/L;(3)Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic Activated Sludge Process is suggested to be used in the plant,after comparing with other methods, by analyzing the the quality and quantity of the sewage and budget for the project. The second phase sludge rebuilt and decides to use the process as thickening-digested-drying-transport;(4) With the plant using the technology(3) to design the second phase, the water price treating one ton sewage is decided to be 1.4yuan. After the project to be completed in future, the sewage drop into the Weihe River will be drastically reduced and this will bring a lot of benefits to the environment and the society. |
