With the rapid development of information science, solving the pollution caused by the electromagnetic radiation is imminent, absorbing functional composite materials as a solution to solve this problem has been widespread concern. Structure absorbing composites both have bearing performance and absorbing performance.Structure absorbing composites can be well designate and become popular in many research areas. However, most previous studies of absorbing structure start from absorbing properties, the mechanical properties as well as other aspects of performance is still not deep enough, the application of absorbing material needs the theoretical and experimental support. In this paper, the main work includes:Based on the electromagnetic parameters of the components in absorbing composite materials, we calculated effective electromagnetic parameters by three theoretical calculation methods. Then the theoretical calculations are compared with experimental results. When we calculate the effective electromagnetic parameters,we need choose different theoretical calculations to coincide with the experimental results. From percolation theory, we study the resistivity of different conductive particles levels. The results show that graphite composites have relatively good absorbing properties when the resistivity is in the scope of 104-106Ω?cm.In terms of mechanical properties, compared to pure fiber resin-based material,the mechanical properties of structure absorbing composites will decline,especially in terms of inter-layer combination. When the graphite content reached 30%, the inter-layer shear strength dropped to 9.4MPa, different from shear strength performance, when the graphite content reached 30%, the flexural strength of the composites can still reach 478 MPa. KH-550 silane coupling agent can improve the interface polarity problem between graphite particles and resin, and then improve the inter-layer shear properties of composite materials. Through experiments, we can find the best content of silane coupling agent is 0.5%, when the content exceeds0.5%, bonding performance of the interface will decline.In the mechanical properties of three-tier structure which consists of manganese dioxide, nickel zinc ferrite and graphite. we study the bending elastic modulus andultimate strength of different content absorbent by orthogonal experimental, To evaluate these two aspects by reduction factor, we match absorbing properties with mechanical properties, and select the best sample which both have good absorbing properties and mechanical properties.Based on microscopic mechanics theory of composite materials, we put forward integration model of absorbent particles and resin to predict the ultimate bending strength of the absorbing composites. Compared with the experimental results, the two results are very close, it can provide reference for the experiment and engineering application.
