Widely applied in the road, construction, mining and other industries, cone crusher, as a kind of new-style material grinding machinery, follows the principle of “deeper crush and less grind”, is enjoying the advantages of energy saving and high efficiency in crush. The compressive crushing equipment is most widely used in bulk material breakage. With respect to the cone crusher, how to improve productivity, reduce energy consumption and improve life are the focus of concern. And, compressive force of crusher has influence on equipent working performance.So the research of compressive force has outstanding significance to dynamic performance analysis of the machine and wears of broken parts.The papers analyzes the existing method of compressive force calculation and its deficiency, and builds a solution model of compressive force based on the material compression experiments and the experimental data analysis.It provides the basis of precise compressive force action for dynamic performance analysis of the complete machine and cavity optimization design.First of all, based on the laminated broken working theory of cone crusher, this paper analyzes bulk material movement in crushing cavity and cavity layering situation and discusses the key influencing factors of compressive force. The thesis in-depth research on material crush behavior of cone crusher, and reveals the influence of key process parameters on compressive fore of the material compressive strength, the compression ratio, the product particle size.Secondly,With mechanics experimental study of compression processes of three kinds of rock materials using Rock mechanics test system, it gives a regression analysis on experimental data, builds three factors mathematical model of compressive force, and solves compressive loads distribution in details based on material layering situation. And the crushing force crushing force distribution of the crushing cavity what we use mathematical model to solve and the actual production of the distribution of the crushing force is compared, in order to validate the established the accurate reliability of crushing force model.Finally, based on the Adams software, it builds parameterized virtual prototyping model of cone crusher. With compressive force being input of the simulation model, it solves the results of cone crusher kinematics and dynamics at different kinds of materials,and obtains information of cone rotation speed and friction pair loads, etc. It hopes to determine the most optimal structure parameters and working parameters at design stage.The mathematical model of extrusion force and mechanical simulation analysis provide the theoretical basis to design the structure of the crusher and analysis kinematics dynamics simulation, and make guiding significance and reference value to the design and optimization of the cone crusher structure in the further.
