Our country is rich in coal resources, but coal mining should be carried out under ground so the environment is very bad, which makes the coal mine work safety more difficult. In recent years, our country’s coal mine safety accidents happen frequently and is on rise. The number of casualties and property losses is striking. Frequent accidents have put forward severe challenges for the coal mine production and prevention rescue. Therefore, the establishment of intelligent security monitoring system for coal mine safety production, for long-term real-time detection, to formulate feasible relief and prevention plan, to reduce the casualties and property losses of coal mine accident, has very important practical significance.Firstly, tradition coal mine safety monitoring system with the method of cable access need to deploy expensive communication cable, and when these devices will not be able to work when the accident happened. In order to resolve these problems, this paper using wireless sensor network(WSN) technology design a kind of coal mine gas monitoring system,on the way of wireless transmission and have some research on the key technologies in the process to establish the system. The data fusion technology in wireless sensor networks was studied deeply. In this system wireless sensor nodes are deployed in the mine, the wireless sensor nodes sense the data in the surrouding environment and transmit them by self-organization network to the sink nodes, the sink nodes transmit it through cable network to the ground.Secondly, this paper aimed at the problem that most accidents in coal mine caused by excessive concentration of gas and design an unattended gas concentration detection and real-time intelligent warning system. The system is applied in gas detection, wireless sensor nodes have the characteristics of small volume and low cost of operation.At the end, this article introduces the architecture of wireless sensor network, and combining the basic structure of network system structure designed a system suitable for coal mine environment. This paper then briefly analyzed the traditional location algorithm in wireless sensor network and designed a high precision location algorithm based on the trilateral positioning once more, and simulate our algorithm on MATLAB comprised with the traditional method. |
